Although we participate in many insurance networks, payment is ultimately your responsibility. Prior to receiving services, we will work with your insurance company to verify insurance benefits and what is your responsibility. All co-payments are due at the time of your appointment. Private-pay services are also due at the time of the appointment or prior to receiving your assessment report. If you plan to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement, you will receive an invoice that outlines the information needed. We strongly encourage you to contact your insurance company before your first appointment with us to find out exactly what information is needed. Currently, we take TRICARE and Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance.
We will do the best we can to schedule a time that is most convenient for you and/or your family. If in the event, you are not able to keep your appointment or need to reschedule, please call within 24 hours in advance. If you do not keep your appointment or do not provide 24-hours advanced notice, a $25 fee will be assessed. Please note that insurance companies will not reimburse for missed appointments or the assessed fee. We understand that there are extenuating circumstances that may prevent you from cancelling 24 hours prior to your appointment; the fee may be waived on a case-by-case basis.
